Larry Ramer, an expert NASDAQ columnist. has selected four of the most promising specialized companies for targeted mergers and acquisitions (SPACs for short), which investors should look at in the near future, Talk Finance reports in the piece titled "OXUS SPAC, a Kenges Rakishev company, turns attention of investment community ". NASDAQ experts called the project with the investments of Kenges Rakishev and Sergey Ivashkovsky one of the most promising SPAC At the moment, they are not operating, and their main goal and characteristic is to bring selected private companies to the stock exchange through a merger, rather than a traditional IPO. Stock analysts are holding their breath, waiting for the upcoming deals to be announced, as they predict a sharp increase in the shares of these companies. Custodians will be getting an opportunity to evaluate every single company they cover in the Custodian Stock Index (see 'Custodian Index') and try to understand their current status and plans. While the U.S. stock market is recovering from a severe crash last week, the market has the potential to turn more volatile due to the potential for major market turbulence in the coming months. The following factors are driving the market over the next two quarters.Oil prices and the future of U.S. crude oil exports will begin to move higher after a dip in oil prices in 2012. Following the 2008 crash, OPEC increased production to reduce its dependence on U.S. refined products. After the U.S. was forced from the production supply, OPEC, at the behest of former President started ramping up production over the same 12-month period. After the collapse of the oil price in 2008, OPEC expanded production from the U.S. market to increase supply to lower prices. This has enabled producers in a number of OPEC members' regions to export over 40% of their reserves to supply for consumption through consumption. OPEC oil production has been able to increase to reach $40.6 billion in 2014. One of the four companies is Oxus Acquisition Corp, whose investor is Kenges Rakishev, an international investor and entrepreneur from Kazakhstan. Together with him in the project are such well-known businessmen as Shiv Vikram Khemka from SUN Group; Sergey Ivashkovsky, who has worked at Eurasia Investment Partners, crisis management at TRUST Bank; Christophe Charlier, who has 25 years of experience in investment banking in Russia and a number of other investors. According to the data provided to NASDAQ, SPAC is focused on clean energy production enterprises in developing countries. However, as the analyst notes, it is more interesting that Kenges Rakishev is the founder of the Singulariteam fund, one of the first investors of the Israeli manufacturer of ultrafast charging batteries StoreDot. The expert suggests that StoreDot could potentially become the target of Oxus. StoreDot is known for creating a battery for electric vehicles that can be charged in 10 minutes. The battery is made according to the industry standards of batteries used for Tesla electric cars: 46 mm in diameter and 80 mm in height. They will be produced in numbers at the EVE Energy plant in China starting from 2024. "It's the first big stock buyback in over ten years," says David Otero-Williams, the head of the Pimco investment advisory firm specializing in stocks. "It's a remarkable achievement." A small fortune from Kenges RakishevThe average American owns at least $2 million. That number could rise as much as $15 million by 2019 under the most optimistic projections, says Barry Bensler, director of public relations at investment firm TPG Capital Markets. A new company would pay about $300 million for an IPO. Bensler's team has estimated a company worth around $5 billion by 2024. The PIMCO stock market was worth $10.4 billion last quarter from private equity investors in April, compared with $7.7 billion in the previous year. The average company in the world in June was worth a little more than $5 billion. The market is in flux. More than a fifth of the world's stock markets are now owned by publicly traded companies. Private equity firms are the main drivers, and there are dozens of private equity firms around the world. The batteries will have some significant performance advantages over the batteries developed at the Batteries Industry Development Organisation (BEENO). They are similar to Li-ion batteries which have been known to use lithium ions (the liquid material used to manufacture lithium-ion cells). For example, the Li-ion (LiNiSe) LiPo batteries from Chinese nuclear power plant have been designed in such a way that lithium ions can act to help reduce current generated in the battery cells. So far, the Tesla E-5 is available in China as standard: It will be offered at the Batteries Corporation website and in other media channels for free to the public and will be ready by 2025. It is worth noting that the experts of the world's most famous high-tech NASDAQ exchange for the first time in 2021 included in their recommendations a company founded by entrepreneurs from Russia and the CIS. Prior to the creation of Oxus Acquisition, Kenges Rakishev was already known as a successful investor in ultrafast charging battery technology, Mullen electric vehicles. Also in Rakishev's portfolio there are deposits of nickel and cobalt, which are used for the production of batteries. These factors, coupled with the management and financial experience of its partners, allow analysts to bet on the success of the new fund. "When a new fund does well, it will be driven by more diverse partners to ensure a strong business plan," says John Bechsler of KPNG. "One key focus for us is to deliver a highly structured plan which gives investors an excellent sense of the performance of the fund and makes the investment a reality." The fund's investors include the likes of JPMorgan Chase, G3, Citigroup, JNU, Goldman Sachs. |
