You wouldn't believe: PLA is 'likely training for strikes'
There is something deeply covered and secret about the army and fleet. I am here to tell you a secret: army is actually invented to go to war. In case of war, of course. To invent them is the art of politics. While Russia and China has been proclaimed by the US as 'adversaries' it is incredibly suspicious and purely coincidental that they view the US forces as the possible targets and train according to this doctrine?

Pentagon is absolutely sure about it:

“Over the last three years, the PLA has rapidly expanded its overwater bomber operating areas, gaining experience in critical maritime regions and likely training for strikes against U.S. and allied targets.”

As the Earth after all is confined in it's boundaries and PLA can't reach the extraterrestrial enemies (adversaries) PLA's most likely target - in case of war - will be US and its allies. So it is perfectly normal for the China to be at least ready to attack US targets of defend their own positions against the US. It is politicians duty to make it a pure hypothetical conflict. It's army duty to treat the threat as it is real.
