Russian basketball team won its first Euro 2015 qualifying match

The first Euro 2015 qualifying match was under total control of Russian national basketball team. Our players played against Switzerland in their first game. We can say without any exaggeration that Russian team has totally crashed Swiss with the final score 101:56.

“Nizhny Novgorod” basketball club captain Semen Antonov has also played in this match. He scored 14 points. This victory has provided our team with a chance to take part in the final stage of Euro 2015. It should be noted that Russian players have lost in a match against Swiss while playing away. Now players must do everything possible in order to beat Italians on the 24th of August while playing away.
