Russia: Military Commissar of Nizhniy Novgorod region has shot himself in his cabinet

The Official of the Ministry of Defense has shot himself in his own cabinet in Nizhny Novgorod. It was 58-year old major general and military commissar Sergey Mishanin. This information was officially provided by “Vremya N”.

His body has been found early in the morning on the 21st of June. Commissariat is located on Osharskaya Street. The officials do not comment this incident. They also keep in secret real reasons for committing a suicide. Investigation authorities also do not spread about possible motives.

At the same time one version has been introduced by “Nizhny Novgorod Prospect”. They refer to their own source in police department. According to their version financial and working problems have turned out to be the main reason for committing a suicide.
