The United States will not go to the moon with a manned mission until 2025. The moon mission is delayed by at least a year. This was announced by the American space agency NASA. Former President Donald Trump had said that by 2024 people would be on the moon again. One of the reasons for the delay in the mission is the lawsuit filed by multi-billion-dollar aerospace company Blue Origin over the construction of the NASA lunar module. The Amazon founder did not agree that SpaceX, the company of Tesla CEO Elon Musk, can build the vessel, but he lost that case last week. Earlier, NASA had expressed doubts about the feasibility of 2024 because the space suits for the astronauts are not ready in time. The coronavirus pandemic also plays a role in the delay of the Artemis 3 mission. |
