Nizhny Novgorod is in top 20 Russian cities with the most expensive housing

Nizhny Novgorod takes the 18th place in rating of Russian cities with the highest housing prices. Special researches have been made by experts of “Quartz” real estate agency in 2014. Results of researched made it possible to create this rating.

Leading positions in this list belong to Moscow and Moscow region which is not surprising. At the same time Sochi, Khabarovsk, Surgut, Ufa and Yekaterinburg are also among leaders.

Nizhny Novgorod is also in top 20 of Russian cities with the most expensive housing. This fact proves investment attraction of the city and high level of living standards. This is rather important as these rates can influence a rapid development of every city. Such opinion has been shared by director of “Quartz” real estate agency Irina Malygina.
She also said that the level of investment attraction of Nizhny Novgorod has increased over the last few years. It is influenced by several main factors. They include comfortable location, highways and high quality connection with other cities including Moscow, high standards of living.

In accordance with official statistics and rating Nizhny Novgorod region is in top 10 of all Russian regions with “better than average financial conditions”. The level of income has become 4 times higher over the last 8 years.
