National Cinematography Centre is very likely to be opened in Nizhny Novgorod very soon. City Administration is discussing future perspectives of this plan together with the Government of the region. Together local authorities are working out necessary actions which will be forwarded on creation of this center. This information is provided by media cooperation department of City Administration.

The Head of Nizhny Novgorod Oleg Kondrashev has made a very important statement during the opening ceremony of Habensky Actor School. He said the City Administration is working hard together with regional government in order perform actions which are necessary for creation of National Cinematography Centre. This center will turn the capital of Volga region into an attractive place for Russian directors who are looking for the best city to shoot their films.

At the same time Kondrashev has also noted that those offers that have already been introduced are aimed on creation of comfortable and attractive environment for all film and TV companies. This will make it possible for the city to become one of the biggest and the most famous filming platforms in cinema industry.
