More than 200 000 residential square meters appeared in Nizhniy Novgorod, Russia in 2014

Weekly operational meeting with Oleg Kondrashev has taken place on the 21st of July 2014. This meeting was devoted to the fact that plan of commission housing has been overcome. This was possible due to the fact that the main sources were spent on individual housing but not on blocks of flats in Nizhny Novgorod. As a result the total amount of residential square meters is 212 000 which is 2 000 more in accordance with the plan. At the same time several blocks of flats are still not ready. There are no difficulties in building individual housing due to the fact that there have appeared building companies which offer housing at the most reasonable price.  Unfortunately, the majority of citizens can’t afford themselves even such low prices.   Oleg Kondrashev ordered his deputy Sergey Mironov and Director of Building and Construction Department to control building companies.
