Inflation is at zero during second week in Russia
Inflation rates have been at zero since the 29tof July. This information was provided by Rosstat. Such rates have also been noted in the end of September 2013.

Inflation was 0.1 % per week till the 29th of July 2014 with the exception of the beginning of July. Inflation has been 0.3% during this period. This was caused by increase of tariffs on services provided by monopolies.

Earlier inflation has been 0.2% per week with the exception of the middle of May. It has increased up to 0.3% during this period. The overall annual rate of inflation has decreased from 7.5% to 7.4%.

Zero inflation rates can be explained by decrease of season price on vegetables. At the same time Central Bank of Russia representatives are sure that limitation on importing products from other countries may lead to a risk of price increase on different markets.

Speaking about the annual inflation rate, experts are sure that it will hardly be higher than 6%.
