The average temperature should not be higher than 8 degrees above zero within at least 5 days in accordance with existing standards. Oleg Kondrashev paid attention to the fact that warm weather should not be relaxing for citizens as well as utility services. It will be over starting from the next week. He ensured that decision on starting the heating season will be made during the current week. Director of the Housing Department in City Administration of Nizhniy Novgorod Sergey Sinitsyn said that housing fund is almost 100% ready for the heating season.
