Anti-Corruption Commission will be create in Nizhny Novgorod region, Russia
Acting Governor of Nizhny Novgorod region Valery Shantsev has already signed a resolution on creating a special Anti-Corruption Commission which will deal with settling conflicts of interests between governmental and civil employees.

The main task for the commission is to prevent any possibility of corruption and other violations which take place rather often.

In case members of commission determine violations and facts of corruption, they will forward complains directly to the prosecutors and offer punishment along with measures of responsibility for governmental employees who try to hide their real income and proceed with other illegal actions. Such public officials will be prosecuted immediately.
At the same time commission will not deal with crimes and administrative violations as well as with anonymous complains and violations of labor discipline.

Commission will not proceed with examinations and checks of public servants, who substitute managing positions as executive authorities.

Commission will include Deputy Governor Sergey Potapov, Valery Nazarov and Acting Chief of Staff of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod region Anatoly Silayev.
Resolution for creating Anti-Corruption Commission has already come into force after it has been signed.
